In light of the evolving challenges and growing concerns around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, our primary concern is your health and well-being, and our deepest sympathies and support go out to all the families already impacted.
There have been no incidents of exposure or infection at our facility as of today. Though we are currently open, we understand that the situation is fluid and are continually monitoring communications from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local agencies for safety assurance guidance.
Please be assured that we have taken a number of precautionary measures to ensure stakeholder safety and business continuity. We will continue to implement these plans as needed while sending you regular and on-going communications.
Effective immediately, we are limiting employee travel and external company visits to ESI to essential business activity only. We enjoy working with you and are ready to support scheduled meetings and reviews as planned via teleconference and video-conference while this restriction is in effect.
We will be forwarding a dedicated support line for all incoming calls regarding this situation shortly. In the meantime, please reach out to your current point of contact at ESI with questions.
At some point, it may be necessary to temporarily close our current facility. If this is the case, among other precautions, we have enabled all essential business functions with secure VPN emergency access and equipment and will inform you immediately.
