Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic

Dear Clients and Friends:

During these difficult times, our primary concern is your health and well-being. Our deepest sympathies and support go out to all the families already impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

This week, ESI had a confirmed case of COVID-19 virus at our facility in Southern CA.  Thankfully, many of the team were working remotely or not impacted, however the facility did shut down temporarily for special cleaning and has now re-opened.  We are currently assessing whether delivery dates have been impacted and will reach out to you with specific information.

Effective immediately, we are reinstating restrictions on employee travel and external company visits to ESI to essential business activity only.  We continue to monitor communications from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local agencies for safety assurance guidance and will continue to send you regular and on-going communications.

Please accept our sincere gratitude and appreciation for your support during this difficult time. Thank you to the ESI team, our vendors, clients, partners and all essential workers for your efforts, collaboration and dedication. We send our deepest sympathies and prayers to all families that have been impacted by this pandemic.

Your health and well-being is our primary concern. We want to ensure we stay in contact and are available for you. ESI has created a dedicated support line for you regarding the COVID-19 pandemic – (800) 823-3235 Extension 500.

This line ensures you will always be able to connect with someone if you are not able to reach your usual point of contact. It will also provide updates on company status and other company-related information as events continue to unfold.

There still has not been any incidents of exposure or infection at our facility as of today. Though many of our team are currently working remotely, we understand that the situation is fluid and are continually monitoring communications from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local agencies for safety assurance guidance.

We are still limiting employee travel and company visits for safety assurance. We enjoy working with you and are ready to support scheduled meetings and reviews as planned via teleconference and video-conference while this restriction is in effect.

We will overcome this pandemic and I look forward to the day I will see you in person and shake hands with you again.

There have been no incidents of exposure or infection at our facility as of today. Though we are currently open, we understand that the situation is fluid and are continually monitoring communications from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local agencies for safety assurance guidance.

Please be assured that we have taken a number of precautionary measures to ensure stakeholder safety and business continuity. We will continue to implement these plans as needed while sending you regular and on-going communications.

At some point, it may be necessary to temporarily close our current facility. If this is the case, among other precautions, we have enabled all essential business functions with secure VPN emergency access and equipment and will inform you immediately.
