Quality Assurance Space Inspector

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to perform quality inspection activities in a fast-paced advanced technology environment. This individual will work under the guidance of the company Quality Manager and will need to be able to work under pressure and understand that this is a quality driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school degree or equivalent and at least 3+ year’s recent quality experience in a space production environment. They will have practical experience working within Quality Management Systems (AS9100 and ISO 9001) and have in-depth knowledge of IPC-610 and IPC J-STD-001 standards. A current IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-610 certification is a plus. We are looking for a technically savvy and trustworthy individual, with an exceptional ability to multi-task and support companywide activities.

Senior Electronic Design Engineer

Description:

Looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead development and maintenance of our embedded hardware platforms. This individual will work under the guidance of the company VP of Development and in collaboration with other engineering areas to learn our suite of hi-tech motor controller products and build upon them.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or other related Engineering discipline, and 10+ years recent experience in embedded hardware development.

Mechanical Engineer III

Job Description: The Mechanical Engineer’s role is to apply knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials for strategic projects and embedded hardware platforms. Contracts Administrator

The Contracts Administrator provides contract management and administrative support to the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Review, redline and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors, including but not limited to, nondisclosure agreements, contract, terms and conditions, and other related legal documents
  • Prepare contractual correspondence and documentation from pre-award through closure of highly technical aerospace and defense projects
  • Prepare and submit proposals, negotiating terms on change proposals and scope changes as required.
  • Assist in identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes
  • Complete contract review and acceptance
  • Solve and mitigate issues regarding risk, profit, contractual provisions, client expectations, etc.
  • Manage scope of the work and schedule to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Review and negotiate contracts, including but not limited to, nondisclosure agreements with clients and vendors
  • Perform contract reviews, negotiate contract modifications and amendments as necessary on government contracts
  • Review of legal documents for the purpose of complying with contractual obligations
  • Effectively manage change control and issue resolution
  • Proven track record of success in collaborative management style and the ability to work closely in a cross-functional environment

Senior Quality Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to perform quality engineering activities in a fast-paced, advanced technology environment.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (AS9100D and ISO9001:2015) in addition to 3rd party audit, supplier audit and internal auditing experience. It is preferred that the candidate has practical experience or basic knowledge of IPC-610-A and IPC J-STD-001 standards as well as space product handling knowledge.

Contract Manager

Looking for a results oriented individual to develop, review, modify, and negotiate proposals and contracts; interface with clients, and meet aggressive deadlines in a rapidly growing high performance technological environment.

This individual will work in collaboration with other departments.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master degree in Contract Law, Legal Studies, Business or other related discipline (GPA>3.2), and 3+ year of direct recent experience in aerospace and defense legal office or contract administration. A bachelor degree in Engineering or related technical field with a Master in Law or Legal Studies is a plus.
