Contracts Manager

Looking for an individual to develop, review, modify, and negotiate proposals and contracts; interface with clients, and meet aggressive deadlines in a rapidly growing high-performance technological environment. This individual will work under the guidance of the company General Manager and in collaboration with other business, operations, and engineering areas.

Quality Assurance Space Inspector

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to perform quality inspection activities in a fast-paced advanced technology environment. This individual will work under the guidance of the company Quality Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a high school degree or equivalent and at least 3+ year’s recent quality experience in a space production environment. They will have practical experience working within Quality Management Systems (AS9100 and ISO 9001) and have in-depth knowledge of IPC-610 and IPC J-STD-001 standards. A current IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-610 certification is a plus. We are looking for a technically savvy and trustworthy individual, with an exceptional ability to multi-task and support company-wide activities.

Senior Quality Engineer

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to perform quality engineering activities in a fast-paced, advanced technology environment.

This individual will work under the guidance of the company Quality Manager. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (AS9100D/ISO9001:2015) in addition to 3rd party audit, supplier audit and internal auditing experience. It is preferred that the candidate has practical experience or basic knowledge of IPC-610-A and IPC J-STD-001 standards as well as space product handling knowledge.

Sr. Contracts Administrator

Description

The Sr. Contracts Administrator plans and directs contracts activities to ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, redline and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors, including but not limited to, nondisclosure agreements, contract, terms and conditions, and other related legal documents
  • Prepare contractual correspondence and documentation from pre-award through closure of highly technical aerospace and defense projects
  • Prepare and submit proposals, negotiating terms on change proposals and scope changes as required
  • Assist in identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes
  • Complete contract review and acceptance
  • Solve and mitigate issues regarding risk, profit, contractual provisions, client expectations, and support
  • Manage scope of the work and schedule to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Review and negotiate contracts, including but not limited to, nondisclosure agreements with clients and vendors
  • Perform contract reviews, negotiate contract modifications and amendments as necessary on government contracts
  • Review of legal documents for the purpose of complying with contractual obligations
  • Effectively manage change control and issue resolution
  • Proven track record of success in collaborative management style and the ability to work closely in a cross-functional environment
  • Sales quote administration and sales request triage

Program Manager

Description

Looking for a driven and experienced individual to lead programs, establish and maintain rapport with clients, and support sales proposals.  This person will be a key role in our organization with great upward potential.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or other related discipline. The individual must have 7+ year of actual project management experience in an aerospace or defense environment.
