Program Manager

ESI is a technology leader in cutting-edge servo motor control technology for extreme environments.  Specializing in designing and manufacturing rugged, high performance motor control products for industrial, military, aviation, robotics, and energy markets.

Looking for a driven and experienced individual to lead programs, establish and maintain rapport with clients, and support sales proposals.  This person will be a key role in our organization with great upward potential, and will work directly under the Director of Program Development and in collaboration with other company departments.

Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator provides assistance with and facilitates the human resource process. This individual will have a key role in achieving our HR strategies.

Essential Functions:

  • Process of all employment paperwork to include applicable background screening and other pre-employment activities.
  • Conducts new hire orientation and on-boarding activities to assure a smooth transition to the organization; present various new hire orientation topics (company policies, benefits, etc.)
  • Recruits for all open positions. Including, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Active member in company safety committee, and support development, awareness and execution of policies and training to ensure staff safety.
  • Oversee, review, and direct internal communications and announcements to staff including distribution of company newsletter and coordination of company-wide meetings.
  • Maintain company organizational chart and ensure accuracy of employee information in company systems and employee files.
  • Maintain staff engagement programs through monthly events, anniversary recognitions, and company holiday party, and other similar activities.
  • Process Payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Proactively address improvements to our safety culture and assists with administering and monitoring Workers Compensation claims.
  • Supports facility management activities.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Advanced computer skills, HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Knowledgeable in State/Federal HR related compliance and HR processes
  • S Citizen/Person Required

Required Education/Experience:

  • 3 years recent human resources experience within an Aerospace, Defense or Space Environment.

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or related field.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus
