Test Engineer III

Job Description:

The Test Technician’s role is to setup, perform testing, troubleshoot strategic projects and embedded hardware platforms. This individual will work under the guidance of the company Production Manager and in collaboration with other production areas.

Essential Functions:

  • Production test setup, test, and measurement equipment to conduct system level testing and troubleshooting
  • Maintain and test environmental chambers in our facility
  • Have the ability to review schematics and “debug” circuit boards and systems
  • Execute structured problem-solving efforts
  • Make technology improvements and take an active role in optimization of the process
  • Provide clear and effective communication on status of projects
  • Define and document test requirements
  • Configuration management of test assets and setups
  • Uses a variety of test and measurement equipment including but not limited to oscilloscope, power supply, multimeter and other input/output electronic test devices
  • Perform electrical and software engineering concepts including basic electrical wiring, remove/replace connectors and mechanical aptitude
  • Setup and troubleshoot a PC to an extent
  • Setup and maintain labs for fast paced testing/production environment
  • Test data gathering, storing, retrieving and analyzing
  • Follow and adhere to all applicable manufacturing procedures and documentation
  • Board and system level testing
  • Establish and maintain organizational system in labs
  • Collaborate in a team environment to develop new test solutions, propose process improvement initiatives and work with cross functional departments to conduct RCCA relating to RMA or test failures

Job Description:

The Contracts Administrator provides contract management and administrative support to the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Review, redline and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors, including but not limited to, nondisclosure agreements, contract, terms and conditions, and other related legal documents
  • Prepare contractual correspondence and documentation from pre-award through closure of highly technical aerospace and defense projects
  • Prepare and submit proposals, negotiating terms on change proposals and scope changes as required.
  • Assist in identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes
  • Complete contract review and acceptance
  • Solve and mitigate issues regarding risk, profit, contractual provisions, client expectations, etc.
  • Manage scope of the work and schedule to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Review and negotiate contracts, including but not limited to, nondisclosure agreements with clients and vendors
  • Perform contract reviews, negotiate contract modifications and amendments as necessary on government contracts
  • Review of legal documents for the purpose of complying with contractual obligations
  • Effectively manage change control and issue resolution
  • Proven track record of success in collaborative management style and the ability to work closely in a cross-functional environment

Senior Quality Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to perform quality engineering activities in a fast-paced, advanced technology environment.

This individual will work under the guidance of the company Quality Manager. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (AS9100D and ISO9001:2015) in addition to 3rd party audit, supplier audit and internal auditing experience. It is preferred that the candidate has practical experience or basic knowledge of IPC-610-A and IPC J-STD-001 standards as well as space product handling knowledge.

Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator provides assistance with and facilitates the human resource process. This individual will have a key role in achieving our HR strategies.

Essential Functions:

  • Process of all employment paperwork to include applicable background screening and other pre-employment activities.
  • Conducts new hire orientation and on-boarding activities to assure a smooth transition to the organization; present various new hire orientation topics (company policies, benefits, etc.)
  • Recruits for all open positions. Including, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Active member in company safety committee, and support development, awareness and execution of policies and training to ensure staff safety.
  • Oversee, review, and direct internal communications and announcements to staff including distribution of company newsletter and coordination of company-wide meetings.
  • Maintain company organizational chart and ensure accuracy of employee information in company systems and employee files.
  • Maintain staff engagement programs through monthly events, anniversary recognition’s, and company holiday party, and other similar activities.
  • Process Payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Proactively address improvements to our safety culture and assists with administering and monitoring Workers Compensation claims.

Project Engineer / System Engineer

We are looking for a driven and experienced individual to execute project engineering activities in a fast- paced advanced technology environment. This individual will work under the guidance of the company’s President.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3+ years recent experience in an Aerospace, Defense or Space Project Engineering role or similar discipline. Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead development and maintenance of our embedded hardware platforms.   This individual will work under the guidance of the company VP of Development and in collaboration with other engineering areas to learn our suite of hi-tech motor controller products and build upon them.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or other related Engineering discipline, and 10+ years recent experience in embedded hardware development.

Candidate should be able to demonstrate expertise in:

  • Basic electrical and software engineering concepts
  • Design, analysis and testing of micro-controller operated digital and analog electronics
  • Embedded systems software design
  • IGBTs, Mosfets, and other power drivers and current sensors
  • Motor control systems
  • Release management and document control
  • Application lifecycle management
  • Analog and digital circuits
  • A/D and D/A converters
  • ORCAD schematics tool
  • FPGA and high-speed signal processing
  • Digital Signal processing, control systems and digital filters
